Hardness reference test blocks (GOST 9031-75; 8.426-81)
It is strongly recommended to buy 2 reference hardness test blocks with MIN and MAX values of the used hardness scale range for periodic testing of the hardness tester readings and, if necessary, for its calibration.
Lapping fluid
It provides for a reliable fixation and full contact with the holding fixture base in the process of testing hardness of small and thin articles.
Precision holding fixture for probe
It provides for a stable load and perpendicular position to the tested surface in the process of testing hardness of small and thin articles. It is strongly recommended to use precision holding fixture for testing articles the wall thickness of which is less than 2 mm.
The use of precision holding fixture and lapping fluid for parts allows to decrease the testing error by 2-3 times!
Possibilities:
- regulated height of the probe fixing;
- smooth probe loading excluding any possibility of its vibration and shifts along the tested article surface.
Battery operated grinder
Provides for an appropriate preparation of the tested area on the tested article surface.
It is an ideal supplement for preparation of rough, uneven, corrosive surface and welding seams in the testing zone for hardness tester probe.

Changeable headpiece to probe
Provides for probe reliable fixation and adjustment completely perpendicular to the axis of the articles of cylindrical form.
Allows for maximum reduction of hardness tester error in case of cylindrical surface testing.
Probe conductor
Provides for testing of small-sized articles of cylindrical form (shanks, nails, drill bits, wire etc.).
Can be manufactured on the individual basis for customer articles standard sizes.
U1/2 short probe
Short probes are used for testing in space-limited environment (surface of internal diameter of cases, sleeves, pipes etc., of pipes closely packed in the collecting channel).
